Milan Caterers was founded in 1984 by Shri S.K. Kathuria, in the sacred city of Varanasi.
What began was not an enterprise chasing scale — it was a commitment to responsibility. In a city where celebrations are deeply cultural and personal, Shri Kathuria built his reputation on a simple but powerful principle:
serve food that people can trust, and honour every event as if it were your own.
There were no elaborate infrastructures in the early days. Only discipline, early mornings, meticulous preparation, and an uncompromising respect for the host. Every plate carried accountability. Every event carried his name.
About us
What Shri S.K. Kathuria began in 1984 was not merely a business — it was a standard.
That standard is now upheld and strengthened by the next generation.
Under the leadership of his son, Naval Kishor Kathuria and Yateendra Kumar Kathuria, Milan Caterers expanded its operational depth, scale, and organisational structure — building the systems and discipline that allowed the brand to serve larger, more complex celebrations without compromising its core values.

With a strong foundation in place, the third generation of the Kathuria family carries the legacy forward — combining heritage with contemporary direction.
