- 75% of the payment should be deposited prior to the function any further amount due will be settled within 2 days after the function.
- Taxes extra as applicable. ( Bill compulsory ).
- We are not responsible for loss or theft of valuable’s on the function venue during the function.
- The taste of food remains maintained up to 4 hours from the actual time agreed with the party.
- Buffet counters, light, kitchen, water, wash basins, any other furniture, linen, etc. will be provided by the party.
- Party plot / hall should be handed to us 24 hours before the function to setup food counters and preparation to food.
- Rent of utensils and any other charges due to monopoly of wadi / party plot will have to be paid by the party.
- Any inconvenience / difficulty to us due to monopoly conditions will have to be managed by the party.
- Electric points wherever required will have to be provided by the party. (Three phase point in kitchen ).
- Changes if any, in the menu will be accepted a week before the function. No changes on phone will be accepted.
- Once ordered booked, cancellation will not be accepted.
- In case of any cancellation of the event, by the party, the advance amount deposited shall be forfeited.
- For outstation catering charge will be extra.
- Executive p.r.o’s and mumbai boys, if required will be charged extra. (Service for dinner will be available till 12pm only).
- Gas balloon’s should not be allowed in the party plot / hall.
- If any number of pax. Extending guaranteed number of person would be charged. At the actual rate finalized of per person.

- Oral conversation of the confirm date will not be expected until the advance payment received.
- Moving starters will be served up to 3 hours only.
- International/Regional cuisine items will be served with main course.
- All disputes are subject to Varanasi Jurisdiction.
