  • Complete infrastructure for 10000 people to render catering services.
  • Well dressed and groomed kitchen and service staff.
  • Equipment’s to adapt to different type of cooking.
  • Hygiene and cleanliness policies are adhered to.
  • Appropriate garnish dressings and accompaniments will be served.
  • For reheating of food we use solid fuel under the chaffing dishes.
  • We have also the arrangements of different type of cuisine from all over the globe.
  • Washing of dishes, crockery, cutlery is done through three tub concept.
  • We will create two separate kitchens for preparing vegetarian and non vegetarian food.
  • Our service staff wears gloves while serving keeping in mind not to touch eatables with bare hands.
  • Non perishable raw materials like pulses, spices are of branded companies which are specified under ISI and AGMARK standards.
  • Poultry Meat and fish are scrutined sharply by our line management, we purchase from approved slaughter houses only.
  • PFA norms are followed. (On many occasions we have served to the President and the Prime minister of the nation)
  • Garbage clearance from the kitchen and dinning area has to be arranged by the organizing committee with the help of local Municipal.
  • Keeping hygiene and cleanliness in mind we use disposable Paper cups & glasses and small Bottles of mineral water with ISI specification for drinking and cooking.
  • We believe in preparing and serving good, hygienic, quality and quantity of food through correct process of authentic cooking not in distortion of cooking process.
  • We use refined oil for cooking food and Desi Ghee for sweets of a reputed company certified under ISI and AGMARK standards.
  • Our line management will keep in mind of a complete nutritious course and taste of different food habits of India, which will also ensures that dishes are not repeated in the course of menu planning.
  • Our team consists of a barber and cobbler to make sure that everybody have been shaved and their shoes are polished daily. Assuring you that our supervisors regularly check the bad habits of coughing etc.
  • We take all precautionary measure regarding fire. All the three types of fire extinguishers (Foam, CO2, Dry) we arrange from the fire department.
  • Dispensing of food for a gathering of 3000 and above we will put a minimum of 12 food counter with live tandoors in the centre for hot breads. Detailed dinning area planning is only possible after visiting the venue.
